Digital Products
All products sold are digital downloads and are delivered immediately after purchase. Because of this instant access, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued once a transaction is completed.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are receiving immediate access to digital content and waive any right to a refund.
Customer Satisfaction
We are committed to providing valuable and high-quality products. If you experience an issue or are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may contact us within 3 days (72 hours) of your purchase.
At our discretion, we may offer store credit as a one-time courtesy. Store credit is not guaranteed and will only be considered under reasonable circumstances.
To prevent misuse:
- Requests must be submitted within the stated timeframe
- Only one store credit request may be granted per customer
- Repeated requests or misuse may result in denial of future accommodations
Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once using the same email address, please contact us within 48 hours.
After review, we may issue a refund or store credit for the duplicate purchase.
Technical Issues
If you have trouble accessing or downloading your product, please contact us within 72 hours of purchase so we can assist you.
Refunds will not be issued for technical issues without first giving us the opportunity to resolve the problem.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in:
- Revocation of access to purchased products
- Restriction from future purchases
